The main goal of our professional staff internships in Norwegian NGOs and companies was the mutual transfer of experience in providing legal and psychological services for domestic violence actors.
We have cooperated with the Oslo Krisesenter and Alternative to Violence organisations and agreed to continue cooperation in the future. We also cooperated with the firm Salomon Johansen and the Equality and Anti-Discrimination Ombud. The interns then held a workshop for our future experts.
The Czech party shared their experience and working methods with their Norwegian colleagues. The book “Kamil the Green Chameleon”, suitable for coping with traumatic experiences caused by violence in families, aroused great interest. The Norwegian experience inspired us in creating the strategy for integrating the services of lawyers into the activities of our organisation even after the project was completed.
