The study trip of 3 experts from the Gender Information Center NORA is directly linked to a project „Mind the Gap“ which was supported by a grant from the Let’s Give Women a Chance programme.
3 experts from GIC NORA will pay a visit to two Norwegian organizations that systematically deal with the topic of unequal pay between men and women (GPG), namely KUN Center for Gender Equality and Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise.
The project aims to get better acquainted with the Norwegian experience of unequal pay for men and women and above all with the initiatives taken with respect to the reduction and prevention of GPG.
The project will lead to the establishment of cooperation with the two above mentioned Norwegian organizations that are active in matters regarding GPG in Norway. It will also help to deepen the expertise of GIC NORA experts in the field of GPG. The knowledge gained will be used in further GPG activities in the Czech Republic.
