The goal of the study trip is to reach cooperation with Norwegian organization which are interested in the similar topic as Open society. Concretely:
– Gender mainstreaming, which covers the promotion of gender equality in policies at all possible levels. It applies to every organization, including Open society.
– Gender pay gap, a topic that resonates with a set of priorities of the gender program of Open society and its latest projects conducted by the Open Society.
– Representation of women, a topic which is addressed in the key priorities of the gender program. The theme was processed in the original projects supported from Norway grants.
The main aim of the study trip is the transfer of good practice knowledge in the identified areas. The outcome will be the creation of information material for employers and employees (1000 flyers), and press release.
