The Spectrum for Women’s Development program provides supports the professional development and personal growth of women executives who lead Czech non-governmental organizations.
The three main elements of the program include:
1) Building connections among private, nonprofit, and public sector experts to share knowledge, experiences and values
2) Engaging participants through in-person dialogue to grow and reinforce personal capacity and professional skills. (Using also Swiss method for mapping competencies CH-Q, Council circles,etc.)
3) Providing an intensive, year-long, experiential study program for civically active women. The Leadership Academy is a unique, first of its kind, professional training and personal development opportunity specifically designed to meet the needs of nonprofit sector women leaders.
Those activities we develop at the national level and want to expand at the international cooperation. We would like to get to know Norwegian organizations and methods of women’s development which they proved. Also we want to offer membership in our Platform. We are looking for a Norwegian partner for the insternational project.
