Thanks to the cooperation with the Alternativ til Vold (ATV, Alternative of Violence) organisation and the office of Likestillings – og diskrimineringsombudet (LDO, Equality and Anti-discrimination Ombud) we have acquired competencies in passing on know-how on the efficient prevention and tackling of domestic violence to students of aid professions (especially of social work) and active social workers, which they can apply in their work.
The project outputs have been revised and completed by annotations of study disciplines addressing the issue of domestic violence, presentations to be used in these courses and two projects for accreditation of courses on domestic violence.
We are also using the project outputs in courses implemented at our work place within both full-time and part-time study programmes and adult education courses at the Institute of Life-long Learning at the Faculty of Arts, Palacký University Olomouc, which are currently undergoing the accreditation process at the Czech Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
