“Enhancing cooperation with Norway and a Glass ceiling conference”.

UPRAVIT: The main purpose of the project is to both broaden and deepen the collaboration with the Norwegian partner, the Institute for Social Research, and other organizations in Norway that seek complex solutions for the issue of diversity. In order to strengthen bilateral relationships, we would like to participate actively in the conference focused on vertical segregation within firm management. In particular, we aim to learn about the Norwegian approach, experience, know-how and practical outcomes. As part of the project, we will also initiate bilateral meetings with the participants of the conference panel discussion “Glass ceiling”. Based on the recommendations of our partner (ISR), we will approach representatives of local administrations, town councils, companies and experts working in this area prior to the conference. Personal meetings will take place immediately after the conference. These meetings will set the foundation for further cooperation. Such an opportunity will bring new information, experience, contacts and initiatives for further collaboration that can be capitalized on and expanded during our study trip.
