We focused on helping parents of preschool children working in the Partnership Foundation and non-profit organisations cooperating on the premises of the NNO Centre and Open Garden in Brno.
Thanks to this project, we have succeeded in implementing a set of measures to facilitate the return of parents to working life. We have ensured operation in the area of the Open Garden, individual babysitting/child care (in cases where they are too young to attend the children’s group, they are outside the working hours of the group, or when children are ill) and the possibility to use the shared office place on a one-time or regular basis.
We have boosted equal opportunities for a total of 28 workers of non-governmental and non-profit organisations and created a good example of a sustainable approach to reconciling work and family life.
