International Mentoring Programme

UPRAVIT: The goal of the project is to strengthen the cooperation and sharing of information and experiences between Nordic female politicians as mentors on the one hand, and Czech female politicians on the other. The basis of the cooperation has already been laid down within the mentoring programme “Women and Men in Balance”. 10 mentoring couples (5 Czech-Norwegian, 5 Czech-Danish) participate in the programme. We have decided to broaden the mentoring programme following an initial meeting of the mentoring couples and recommendations provided by KVINFO, which provided training to us. The activity of the project will be a journey of 5 Czech mentees to Norway, during which the mentees will gain further hands-on experience with political activities of their mentors in an environment that supports women’s involvement in politics.
