Inspiration from Norway

Kostka Krasna Lipa realized the project “Skills in a Nutshell” which was aimed at increasing the competencies, skills and employment of Roma women and to maintain care services for children from 3 to 6 years. Following this project and other activities of our organization, we are interested in sharing experiences with Norwegian colleagues and learning about their methods of field work with clients who are at risk of social exclusion. We also wish to learn more about equal opportunities and reconciling work and family life. Our 5 employees will attend a short study stay in Norway. They will gain knowledge on Norwegian experience and will consider the benefits and usability for the Czech environment. We will get advantage of new know-how and good practice examples in our work with clients and our other activities.
