Study visit to Norway with focus on equal opportunities

The project focuses on the transfer of Norwegian experience and good practices in the field of equal opportunities to the Czech Republic, specifically in these fields: 1) advocacy for these groups, which are not able to defend themselves; 2) gender maintreaming in municipalities; and 3) gender pay gap. This will happen especially during a study visit of representatives of the Czech NGO SIMI to Norway, the organisation of which is supported by the Foundation OSF Prague and its Norwegian partner Anti-Disrimination Ombud (LDO), and during which they will have opportunity to meet with selected local experts and actors involved in this field of work. The project also entails an opportunity to foster cooperation between SIMI and its Norwegian partners, which has been created during the previous projects implemented under the auspicies of Norway grants. The acquired knowledge and experience from Norway will later be used in SIMI´s research, advocacy and media work at the national and European level.
